Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you to provide tree surgery quotes and services. We also receive personal information indirectly, through our website analytics. We use this to understand visitor interaction with our website.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored in our email platform and on our accounting software, Xero. We keep your information on our email platform for up to 5 years. We will then dispose your information by deleting it from our system. Information in our accounting system will remain.
